Amore,

Kim

Hello Gianlucio, I used an online translator to understand your Italian. Unlike Europeans, I am not fluent in any other language but English! :) I am very interested in other languages, so this is good for me.

I am glad you enjoyed the photo of the expressive child. He is quite adorable, I do believe. I will absolutely join your blog. That will be fun. I see you have an automatic translator there!

I hope you visit again.

Love,

KimAndrea and Kimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15337904921232330088noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5241393111022392313.post-49780852178423315462009-02-07T14:58:00.000-05:002009-02-07T14:58:00.000-05:00Ah, that is okay, Marianne...choose another photo ...Ah, that is okay, Marianne...choose another photo to share and tell a story. He is really fun loving, but very serious about important thing such as being a Papa. It is an interesting observation...I suppose also important in his business.

I can't imagine those children. My husband also has said he can't take me there because I would want to start bringing those children home with me. :) Well, I would care for them and feed their little bellies....most of all I would give them a lot of love. I bet it broke your heart to see them. I suppose with me, it is self-protection to stay away.

Thanks Babs!

Love,

KimAndrea and Kimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15337904921232330088noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5241393111022392313.post-90682300688281061752009-02-06T17:25:00.000-05:002009-02-06T17:25:00.000-05:00Gorgeous gray hair!It adds such strength, and perso...Gorgeous gray hair!
It adds such strength, and personna to a man, I think. I looked at the site, and find it interesting that when not smiling he looks very proper, gentleman-ly,suave,sophisticated and very cool. When he smiles he looks like an ornery little boy, up to mischief!
I suppose we all have our own 'different' selves that come out in our faces.Interesting.
Adore the little boy in Mexico,,,and I too found it hard to see them when I was there,,,the kids. So many selling their pitiful little wares to the tourists,,,and so many just begging.~Babshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00912644174343772017noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5241393111022392313.post-22360267270526279432009-02-06T13:13:00.000-05:002009-02-06T13:13:00.000-05:00Hello Andrea,I thought of you the entire time I wa...Hello Andrea,

I thought of you the entire time I was writing this post...I honestly did. A handsome, sensitive, German man...you know something about them, I am guessing...not to mention the handsome, sensitive, French man :)

Isn't this little one precious? So he is "espiegle" (sorry I have not accent marks on my keyboard)? I love learning that word! Now that really makes this a wonderful story, doesn't it? Your memories help me to see a different side of the country, I suppose. My husband tells me he can't take me to some places, because it will be too consuming for me. I can't bear the smallest idea of children suffering...or anyone suffering due to the lack of respect for life. I understand what you are saying and have heard it before how there is such hope in the people there. Hope is fabulous, isn't it?

Thank you Cynthia for this tag, it truly was great fun for me.

Have a Beautiful Weekend.

Love,

KimAndrea and Kimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15337904921232330088noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5241393111022392313.post-86720621663914067412009-02-06T12:54:00.000-05:002009-02-06T12:54:00.000-05:00Kim I love this post too, how could I not, a hands...Kim I love this post too, how could I not, a handsome AND sensitive (and German:) man and this picture of the little guy looking so sweet, funny and in French you'd say "espiègle" which is like whimsical I guess, the colors around him are great too!
Loved to read this story,
AndreaAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12602563148936673366noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5241393111022392313.post-3990211428848596792009-02-06T12:45:00.000-05:002009-02-06T12:45:00.000-05:00Love the post Kim, and indeed Michael is a handsom...Love the post Kim, and indeed Michael is a handsome man! I spent some time in Mexico and fell in love with the people and culture...it took me a while to learn enough Spanish to communicate well enough. I remember riding in a 75K bike ride from Tacada to Encinidas, I think. When we went through the small towns, children would pass us little handwritten notes. I got one that said, "I'm Joel. I love you." (something like that) The children had such hope and enthusiasm. I also went to an orphanage in TJ around Christmas one year, and I had to set aside my own sorrow to connect with the undefended children there. I genuinely wish for improvements in the quality of life for the average person in Mexico. Reflective and inspiring post, Kim.Cynthia Pittmannhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12656761837022197235noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5241393111022392313.post-41182662620889475052009-02-06T12:15:00.000-05:002009-02-06T12:15:00.000-05:00Hi Soul,You know, I said to my husband last night....Hi Soul,

You know, I said to my husband last night...I would love to say on my blog tomorrow, 'ladies, here is a little eye candy to lead you into the weekend' Then I thought nah, this is only Michael, he is so much more than eye candy (although you all would not know that). Funny!

You are so right, the children's faces say it all. You know, I lived in Texas for 10 years and never went to Mexico. I could not get over what I saw just across the border...it is horribly sad. I mean literally cardboard box villages. I can't even bring myself to visit the resort areas...feels too abusive to me. Parts of the country are incredibly beautiful from what I understand and the culture is ancient...but I can't get past how the citizens are treated.

Thank you, Soul!

The heck with the bad hair days, right?

Love,

KimAndrea and Kimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15337904921232330088noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5241393111022392313.post-8082537076640233572009-02-06T12:03:00.000-05:002009-02-06T12:03:00.000-05:00yummy he is a dish!the photographer that is. child...yummy he is a dish!the photographer that is. children's faces say it all, don't they? and we complain if we are having a bad 'hair' day. yikes.soulbrushhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16879115279499153124noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5241393111022392313.post-13808727926496478472009-02-06T10:23:00.000-05:002009-02-06T10:23:00.000-05:00Thanks Suki...Two adorable men, to be sure!
