I have decided it is important to leave this Conversation With Fiona Long up through the weekend, so enjoy all of the wonderful things this amazing artist has to share.

Kim hi! This is a good decision, because this interview is such a big piece of work and it is wonderful, I came back several times (even if I didn't leave a comment) to look at the pictures and re-read a bit about Fiona's artlife:)
So, I haven't posted today neither, things sometimes just have to slow down so that we can PAUSE.... I sit down in front of the obstacle today:) decided not to jump it but just to look at it, study it from all directions!
Have a lovely weekend and lots of studio time
love
Andrea
Thank you so much, Andrea, for your support with this decision. I know some people are reading and not commenting...no problem for me, there. I also know there are a lot of busy people (me included, to be honest) who are just not getting around to the "obstacle", so I thought this would give them more time to enjoy what Fiona had to share.
You are so right, it is not summer and slowing down is what helps us stay "cool"...which is a huge issue for moi! :) I also noticed you had made a similar decision today...good girl!
I also wish for you a delightful weekend with your dear husband and loads of studio time, too!
Thanks Andrea!
Hugs,
Your interviews are a real treat, Kim. I look forward to this one. As you can see, I'm reading your posts in reverse chronological order.
;-)
Thanks San!
You can read any way you wish here! :) The joy is just knowing you have visited!
Hi Kim,
Here I am,,,,late to the party,,,(again),,,,but I'm on my way to check out the interview with Fiona now,,,I'm sure she has a lot of interesting things to say!
I'm glad you left it up too, but I would have dug it out anyway.
#:-D
Just wanted to popp up a second and say: enjoy your weekend:)
(it is very early, Saturday morning 7:20 am , I'm heading out for exercise, people still sleep and where I live Paris isn't really awake yet:)
hugs from sleepy Paris
Andrea
Yes, you would have dug it out, Babs! I didn’t doubt that about you, but there are so many very busy people out there this summer, so piling up the posts right now isn’t making much sense. And as Andrea said, this conversation with Fiona is really long, so it gives people more time.
Thanks Babs!
Thanks dear Andrea! You have a delightful and creative weekend there in Paris…it will not be sleepy by the time I am writing this. I have the full day today to paint and have started a new painting and will be starting another one today. You are so dear to think of me as you are just beginning your weekend!
Here is to a beautiful weekend!
Have a great weekend painting. I'm starting 2 new ones also.
Thanks Chewy,
I can't wait to see what you come up with...it is always good!
Have Fun!
Thank you very much for leaving the interview up for longer Kim. I'm honoured!
And Andrea, thank you so much for coming back to read our conversation. It was pretty huge so thanks for your time and interest. I'm so glad you liked it.
I hope that you all had a wonderful weekend. I definitely did! :-)
